Yard Worker/Barn Help/Livestock Handler – Various Locations

Job Title: Yard Worker/Barn Help/Livestock Handler
Location: Various throughout Midwest
Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time

Responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
• Safely loading, unloading, sorting, moving, and penning livestock following animal well-being guidelines;
• Writing tickets with information regarding the livestock and producers;
• Care of livestock;
• General upkeep of the facility to include cleaning and repairs;
• Providing excellent customer service to our producers and buyers

Requirements include:
• Ability to read, write, and count;
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions;
• Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, see, and hear;
• Must be agile;
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs. regularly;
• Prior experience with livestock is preferred;
• Prior experience driving a skid loader is preferred.
