Office Manager – Fayetteville, TN

Location: Fayetteville, Tennessee

Responsibilities:

Process all business activities through the branch computer systems and generate customer checks and buyer invoices. 

Maintain computer systems to be current with all UPI directives.

Lead the preparation of bookkeeping packets and provide accounting reports as needed.

Manage accounts receivables, include set-up of new buyers, and collecting delinquent accounts.

Support the corporate office accounting department in reconciling general ledger accounts.

Perform general administrative responsibilities to support the facility.

Process bi-weekly payroll timesheets.

Assist the HR department with new hire paperwork and workers compensation paperwork.

Manage branch office personnel.

Organize office records in accordance with UPI’s retention schedule.

Communicate effectively and professionally both internally and externally, providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:             

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Occasional travel to Columbia, TN livestock facility.

3-5 years’ experience in office administration, bookkeeping, and accounting.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Must have good credit history.

Livestock knowledge preferred.
